Focussing on best outcomes for our clients, they engage in a reflective practice of continuing development and education.  Our counselling psychotherapists are mindful of the biopsychosocial nature of recovery and healing.

At the heart of what we do is the desire for our clients to receive a high-quality professional service which is informed by education, ethical guidelines and continuing supervision.

Approaches available include:

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

Psychodynamic Therapy

Person-Centred Therapy

Acceptance and Committed Therapy

Humanistic-existential Approach

Integrative Approach and always nous

Nous in the therapeutic setting requires our clients to bring their struggles, pain and confusion. This can be challenging, however, together the therapist and client can create a strength and understanding that the client can take away with them.

The range of these struggles can be vast and include: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, acute trauma, mental stress, relationship difficulties and breakdown, abuse, bereavement, grief, loss, phobia, financial stress, anger management and many other issues.

An initial assessment session is an informal meeting and has two goals, the therapist has an opportunity to listen and propose a framework or approach that would address issues and concerns. The client also has an opportunity to learn more about therapy and their therapist so as to make an informed decision before beginning sessions. These assessment sessions are at no charge to the client.

Contact by phone or email for appointment for assessment session, or fill in the form below and we will contact you shortly.
